Specialized Frigidaire Appliance Repair in Los Angeles and Orange County

Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: September 11, 2026

This policy explains how appointment changes, diagnostic charges, repair authorization, ordered parts, billing questions, and refund requests are handled.

1. Appointment Changes and Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, contact us as soon as possible.

We do not publish a blanket cancellation fee or universal cancellation window.

If a particular appointment is subject to a cancellation charge, deposit, or other scheduling condition, that condition should be disclosed before it applies.

If safe or reasonable access to the appliance cannot be provided, the visit may need to be rescheduled.

2. Diagnostic and Service Charges

A diagnostic or service-call charge, when applicable, covers the work required to inspect the appliance and evaluate the reported problem.

If a disclosed diagnostic service has already been performed, the applicable charge represents work already completed.

This does not prevent review or correction of a legitimate billing error.

3. Repair Estimates and Authorization

Repair work should not proceed until the customer has had an opportunity to review the applicable scope and price and authorize the work.

If additional work or parts become necessary, the additional scope should be presented for approval before being added to the bill.

4. Deposits and Special-Order Parts

Some repairs may require an advance payment or deposit for parts.

Any deposit requirement, non-refundable condition, or special-order condition must be disclosed before the payment is accepted.

Special-order parts may be subject to supplier or manufacturer restrictions.

5. Completed Service and Refund Requests

Payment for a completed diagnostic or repair service is not automatically refundable because an appliance later develops another issue.

If you believe there is a problem with completed work, contact us with the service details so the service record can be reviewed.

Any applicable written repair warranty will control the available remedy for covered work.

A new failure, unrelated component, misuse, outside work, or condition outside the original approved repair scope may require a separate diagnosis.

6. Billing Errors

If you believe an invoice contains an incorrect or duplicate charge, contact us promptly.

Confirmed billing errors should be corrected through the appropriate payment method or account adjustment.

7. Returns

Appliance repair is primarily a service, so ordinary retail-return rules do not automatically apply to completed labor.

For parts or materials supplied as part of a repair, return eligibility may depend on whether the part was installed, specially ordered, opened, used, or subject to supplier restrictions.

8. Warranty-Related Requests

No universal warranty duration is published on this website unless it has been specifically supplied and verified.

When a particular repair includes warranty coverage, the applicable written service documentation controls the terms.
